What’s One Three?

One Three is a design-minded coworking and meeting space overlooking the Chicago Brown Line in the heart of Chicago's River North.

Managed by the industry-leading Chicago-based One Design Company, One Three focuses on providing an elevated and inspiring hub for gatherings and presentations and an optimal workspace for individuals or teams.

We like to think of it as a “yes” space. You tell us what you need it to be. And we'll help you design a space uniquely assembled to help you do your best work.

We’ve Got Workspaces

One Three workspaces are beautifully appointed for immediate use. They can also be customized for larger teams or events. Shared desks, conference rooms, individual offices, and larger spaces are available for rent by the hour, day, week, or month-to-month.

A team off-site. A small conversation. A day of meetings you need to get out of the house for. A month of focused design, itching for an inspiring space. Bring us your idea, and we'll help you adjust a room to fit.

Private offices starting at $90 per hour. Hot desks start at $30 per day. Meeting Rooms (great for groups of 2-8) starting at $50 per hour.

We’ve Got Event Spaces

One Three has large multi-purpose areas with seating for up to 80. With views of the city and the majestic El train as impressive backdrops, these spaces are convenient and purpose-designed for day or night design exhibitions, corporate workshops, multi-day conferences, creative events, and company parties.
